Returns/Exchanges Policy

Any item which is damaged upon arrival or faulty can be returned free of charge to Flawless Kimonos up to 30 days after the purchase date.

If an item does not fit it can also be returned for an exchanged size or refund once all tags are attached and the product is unwashed/unworn in the original packaging within the 30 business days, with the shipping expenses being paid for by the customer.
Returned items that do not have tags (if applicable), or covered with pet hair will be subject to a minimum restocking fee of $15.00. The item will not be accepted as a return if it is in poor condition, dirty, washed, or worn.
Restocking fees will not be charged for items returned in original condition.
If you ship your item back to us before obtaining an RMA # your return will be delayed and may not be processed.
Exchanges and refunds will not be issued until the item has been received and deemed resalable at which time we will update your return RMA accordingly.
